Set up your Baton project by dividing all required work into a collection of sequential, goal-oriented activities called phases. Each phase is divided into one or more milestones.

Milestones

Project inflection points, Milestones mark the completion of one or more tasks and are used to indicate significant progress. The completion of a phase’s final milestone moves the project to the next phase.

Tasks, Subtasks and Checklists

Projects consist of a series of tasks and subtasks that can be scheduled and assigned due dates and owners, estimated effort required and can host documents, dependencies and checklist items associated with each.

Task Dependencies
